Legacy is written by C.V. Hunt and is the second book in the Endlessly series. I was lucky enough to get the chance to review this novel directly after the first one but it really wasn't necessary. One of the things that I liked was that the author cleverly incorporated a recap of the events in the first book Endlessly and fit it into the story without it being awkward or out of place.
I was sad that I didn't get the character development or history that I wanted from the first one but in Legacy we get the chance to see things from Ashley's point of view and it was nice to know what she was thinking and feeling. The thing I disliked about this book was how slowly the first half of the book seemed to move. For me personally there was to much lovey dovey (for lack of a better phrase) and not enough action or plot. Though I do understand why it needed to be there. The last half of the book however was awesome and I flew through it unable to put it down. The author did a great job of communicating the emotions that Ashley was feeling and it really drew me in.
I give this book 4 ravens because the plot did seem a little thin and like I said there wasn't enough action. But other then that it was a good quick read and I do want to read the next one.
