"WILDER BY THE DOZEN" BY SUSANNE WILDER (COOKBOOK) REVIEWED BY LINDA LUCAS"Wilder by the Dozen" by Susanne E. Wilder, the original "30 minute chef"is the newest in her line of quick, simple recipes designed to help today's homemaker get through dinner without screaming, threatening or giving up entirely. If you're at the end of your rope, want something new and different to snack on -- want to impress friends and family -- then this book is a must. You simply have yet to open the first page and start reading to become enthralled with the very competent author's ideas. Simple, yes -- quick -- absolutely most recipes take 30 minutes or less to complete. Who can't find 30 minutes? In today's world, it takes at least 30 minutes to order out. This is easier. You can do it at home and impress whomever you choose.
Tasty? Absolutely. There are twelve recipes found in the book -- recipes that can be turned and twisted to make twelve more and twelve more after that. Recipes are easy to follow. Directions are simple. Just follow the author's direction and then sit down to a dinner, or homemade omelet or appetizer or dessert that will transport you to your dreams in thirty minutes or less.
Have you ever dreamed of impressing everyone who walked into your kitchen? This book will set you on that path.
Susanne Wilder has done it again. She found new ways to change old standards, and adopt them to today's time-sensitive-cooks who still want the taste grandma put in all of her cooking.
(REVIEW BY LINDA LUCAS) 5 RAVENS!
