"WILD MEXICAN MAINS" BY SUSANNE WILDER (REVIEW BY LINDA LUCAS)Have you ever wished you were born in a different country? A country more applicable to your taste in food. Well, sit back, pull up a chair and read this great find!
The art of Mexican cooking taught by one of the very best. Step by step recipes, well explained -- with minute details that make it authentic. Sounds good, doesn't it?
Sounds like Heaven if you're in love with Mexican food, and aren't an expert in preparing it. Teaching is something Ms. Wilder knows all about, and she's good at it. She takes her time, explains everything and makes it look easy. That works for me. Have a houseful of Mexicans I'm raising who happen to be born in Pennsylvania. Long way to Mexico?
Take a few minutes, read the book and see if you don't agree -- then go looking for her other cookbooks on all kinds of foods, both foreign and domestic. You'll be winning friends, and influencing people before you know it. And getting those looks of delight as your family tries each new recipe.
